Our Philosophy

The services of the Dietetic unit in five main axes:

1: There is no food banned in the diet unless there is a specific health problem. So no more guilt and deprivation!

2. There no foods that fatten or slim down. Quantities make a difference.

3. The diet it must be adapted to the habits of the dietitian, and not the dietitian to the diet. Only in this way can a diet be adhered to.

4. We invest in your education! To achieve modification of the eating behavior of the individual it is very important to consciously participate in the process of weight change. For this reason, special emphasis is placed on the education of the individual – through nutritional counseling.
